In Canada, there are providence that have a three month waiting list to cardiologist. Long waiting list for emergency care is only one issue the singer payer plan has. Googie, a massage therapist from the east cost of Canada had a genetic disorder that caused her to go blind before the age of 40. She knew what the disorder was and she knew what treatment she needed in order to avoid going blind. She was denied the steroid shot in her eye. She was denied in part because the review panel that possessed the power to approve the treatment was not educated on ethnic conditions. Googie was from India but she lived in Canada for more than 15 years with the singer payer health plan and a secondary provider. After searching and finding an Indian doctor that was familiar with the disorder, Googie attempted to plead for the medical treatments but was denied for the second time. Googie became totally blind. She read braile and used a seeing cane. The Indian doctor decided to sneak Googie into his office and he gave her the shots. Today, Googie drives her children around town and has resumed her medical massage therapy in lymphedema management.
When a panel has the power to control your health care, the panel will lean on the side that signs the pay checks. The rich white (or common person) will have the most benefits because they will have the power to pay privately or buy off the panel. People that are poor or have uncommon disorders will be pushed to the side. It is easier to pay for 100 known medical problems that are known to response to certain treatments then it is to waste time and money on a person with an unknown condition.

Is there a point to continue seeking a medical degree in America?
Dr. L advises all pre-medical students, that depend on student loans, to walk away from the field of podiatry medicine. After his experience, he does not believe the field is worth wasting time on. His income vs. expenses dose not render enough money. Another argument he is making is in regards to the Obama socialized medical plan. Dr L believes he will see at least a 20% decrease in his income once plans take effect. Dr. L believes he was lucky because he had family support and he was able to buy his practice from a retiring podiatrist.
Dr. L had received his surgical training from an Ivey League school in New England six years ago. He was expecting to make around $5,000.00 for a typical surgery. He now avoids surgery with his patients and is egger to refer them to other doctors. The time he has to take out of his day and the expenditures for the operation are too expensive. He only gets $500.00 for the same operation today. He confesses; that he prefers to stay in his office and make 35.00 per patience because it is less of a headache.
The first job offer Dr. L had was for 30,000.00 per year. He warns potential new doctors to expect an income of 50,000 to 75,000.00 per year. He does admit that it is possible, but not likely to make 100,000.00 a year as an employee. He was willing to take a risk and buy a practice and he could potentially make around 120,000.00 per year. However, he admits the tax bracket he pays list his income as middle class. Far from the belief he had going into the field. He also states that he struggles month to month and is always worried and stressed about his income because it cost 18,000.00 per month to keep his small practice open.
What about the under privileged students that have a dream to go into a field, not for money but for the sake of healing people? Will we be able to see a field of intelligent, talented, compassionate, and loving doctors in this country after the system becomes socialized and consequently broke? It is possible that the medical field will follow a few simple steps:
1. Intelligent doctors will become specialized
2. Intelligent students will become lawyers
3. Talented doctors will become plastic surgeons
4. Talented students will move to Brazil and become plastic surgeons.
5. Compassionate doctors will become harden because they will have too many patients and their quality of life will decrease which will lead to divorce, early death, and apathy
6. Compassionate students will become political science majors and ultimately sale their souls for the governor’s mansion.
7. Loving doctors will become midwives
8. Loving students will become hippies and chain themselves to trees to save the barn owl.
As it appears, we are doomed with our medical field. If students are force to pay 6.6 to 14 percent in interest rates on student loans, then the average doctor will face 400,000.00 to 500,000.00 pay back on student loans. Furthermore, without the government supporting doctors to decrease law suits the insurance premium is between 13,000.00 to 150,000.00 per year depending on what field ,state, and county the doctor works in. Add tax, advertisment, employee benifets, state and county fees, will anyone open their own medical practise?

Death To God and the people that follow
For the past decade there has been an increase in attacks on churches and christens in other countries. The attacks don’t make the new and if they are reported, then the story is quick and swept over by a bigger story. There is a new attack on christens that happened within the past week in America.
The most disturbing attack is the one launched by the government. San Diego (a hot spot for underground Mexican tunnels) has threaten to close down a study group that consists of 15 members and lead by a local pastor, who is the home owner. The local inspector asked questions such as, ‘Do you…. pray, say amen, worship, and praise god?’ The family stated that they did all of the flowing during their study group. These actions lead San Diego to take action against the family because the study group violated zonings laws. The family is being accused of having a church in their home and that is how the San Diego is shutting them down.1.
The other attack comes from the state of Connecticut that attacks, “…any Roman Catholic Church.” With raised bill No. 1098. The bill considers the catholic church an organization and outlines how the church will be set up. The bill requires a lay person to act between the upper levels of the church and the members of the church. The upper level members of the church will have no set vote on any issues that are raised by the laymen. The church will not be free to spend their budget without the permission of the laymen. According to the bill, each church needs 7 to 13 laymen. When this first hit the media there was a large public protest. The bill that is to go into effect October 2009 went away and no one has been focusing on it. Now the state has launched another attack by stating the protesters were a lobby group and they are in violations against the state laws in regards to lobby groups. 2.

A Nuke just walked in from Mexico
The taxpaying Americans need to work together to stop the terrorists from radical countries that want to end our way of life. When radical leaders put a plan on the internet that will use the underground Mexican tunnels to kill millions with a suitcase full of anthrax, we got problems. Terrorist groups want to outperform each other and top the death toll from 9-11.
Why does our government not protect us from these radicals? There is no direct reason that the government is not trying to protect us. Does it matter if we have millions of soldiers in the middles east when Mexicans can walk their sick kids into our hospital and be a vector for disease? (The first child that died from the swine flu in Texas was brought over illegally from Mexico, and the parents knew the child had the swine flu. The parents came here to seek medical treatment.)
There are more then 60 concrete underground tunnels between Mexico and the USA. The radical terrorists know about the tunnels. Some of the tunnels lead into a bathroom in houses and business. Some tunnels are so large that trucks can move down most of the path. The tunnels are used to smuggle drugs, and people. However, the tunnels are internationally known and they have become the focus of terrorist groups.
There are terrorist leaders talking about using the tunnels because it is easy access. This easy access will lead to another attack. Abdullah al-Nafisi, a recruiter for al Qaeda had this to say, “Four pounds of anthrax -- in a suitcase this big -- carried by a fighter through tunnels from Mexico into the U.S. are guaranteed to kill 330,000 Americans within a single hour if it is properly spread in population centers there. What a horrifying idea; 9/11 will be small change in comparison. Am I right? There is no need for airplanes, conspiracies, timings and so on. One person, with the courage to carry 4 pounds of anthrax, will go to the White House lawn, and will spread this 'confetti' all over them, and then we'll do these cries of joy. It will turn into a real celebration."1. These statements were made in February 2009.
According to the article below, tunnels are discovered and not destroyed but left to be used. These tunnels need to be destroyed and the boarders need to be closed. We need to stop allowing people to take advantage of our country and protect ourselves. We need to stop leaving our self exposed for an attack because we fear someone will be offended. This issue is not a right wing or left wing debate. This is an issue to protect our life.

The Evil Corporation
Do you really have the right to think what you are saying? What gives you the ability to have the right to say how much money a business owner gets? Have you EVER own your own company? I have!!!! I was taxed out of my company. Let me list the fees:
2 Professional licenses
1. State
2. National
3 Occupational licenses
1. County
2. State
3. City
4 Taxes files per year
1 Unemployment tax
Workmen’s comp.
County tax
TEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TEN taxes that I had to pay just to file my own corporation. But it does not end there. I was told to get ready to be forced to pay for health care for my employees. I was the only employee and I could not afford health care for myself and I was paying two taxes (unemployment and workmen’s comp) that I could not collect. If that was not enough, I had to open an IRA account. (The option was pay 4k to the gov or pay 4K to my retirement)
The IRA account----ELEVEN!!!!!!!!!!! ELEVEN different accounts, taxes, ect, I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO CALL OF THIS STUFF!!!!!
BUT…..I also needed to pay someone more then $700.00 per year to keep track of all of this because I was not qualified to deal with taxes, I am a massage therapist, what do I know?
At the end of the year, I made no money. It was a joke to open my own corporation. I talked to the accountant and said I was not ………… OMG! I forgot…… social security, FICA, Medicare, federal tax. FIFTEEN!!!!!!!!! I also forgot that I had to pay someone to pay attention to the IRA. SIXTEEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sixteen different fees and professionals that I needed to pay.
I tried to get out of it by closing the corporation, but the accountant showed me the facts. If I closed my corporation, 15% was going right to social security, without the ability to write it off. At the end of it all, with 24,000.00 that I made that year, 12000.00 was going to the government [hum....50%]. That does not include sales tax, sin tax, gas tax, mandatory classes, student loans, and supplies.
Who is the evil corporation? It is me, the poor fat white girl, it is the local fruit-stand owner, the clothing shop owner, it is the dreamer who woke up and said, “Yes I can!” It is the face of the person walking door to door trying to sell make-up and trying to sell knifes. The evil corporation is made up of people with ambition. A few of us make it big. Just like a few football players make it big. But there are more poor business owners that don’t bring home a paycheck but barrow money from their parents to pay their employee’s salary. We are the evil corporation that you want to raise taxes on. We are the people that break our backs by working hard and paying our taxes and hire employees. Then we give the employees benefits that we cannot afford, such as paid vacations. So, before you talk about the evil corporation, think about the 98% of the people that will suffer and go out of business, just like I did.

Let’s be honest, about me.
My average income per year is less then 18k and in 2008 I made a whopping 11k but I still had to pay over 25k to go to college. (a private college, but the only college that accepted me). There is a stigmatism that only rich fat white men are Republicans.
I am really the quite majority. Poor, white (How many times do I have to say I am sorry for being white) and fat (Thanks mom!). With an income that is so low and in college, how could I be an evil Republican?
It is simple, I believe in limited government and freedom. What is freedom? Freedom is the ability to think freely without the fear of harm or molestation. (This is according to the Murphy’s dictionary in which is still under view for publication.) The point is: we are not free because we are not free to think. I am not free to think, ‘why can’t I get Medicare when I pay taxes but people that have never paid taxes get free health care.’ To question such policies is to be cruel and heartless. There are other attacks on our ability to stand up for what we believe in; for example, if I put a bumper sticker on my car that says, “Impeach Obama” my car will be vandalized.
When I am in school, I keep my mouth shut because I am afraid to speak up for my beliefs at the risk of my grades being altered from teachers that believe I am not entitled to my voice. However, I have witnessed other members of the Republican Party around campus and I will try to make a connection with them. I am surprised at how many students feel the same exact way I do.

Dear Congresswoman Pelosi,
I am a concerned citizen and I was under the impression that it was in part, congresses’ responsibility to prevent one aspect of the government from becoming too powerful. As speaker of the house, is it not your responsibility to bring the balance to our society? Why have you not challenged Obama about the salary czar?

Furthermore, why do you permit Obama to demand health care reform when we are in a critical point in history and we have more than enough stress to our financial future?
If you fail your job, then Obama will have too much power and that destroys our constitution. As an aware college student who is facing a $300,000.00 student loan upon graduation, I want to know that I will have the freedom to open my own company and get paid for my success and my ambition and have the income to pay off my college loan. Many of my fellow students feel the same way that I do. Please pay attention to the balance of government and start fulfilling your job duties because I will be forced to vote all republican at the next election.
I have been a victim of social health care, I don't what it where I live and I don't believe the government should limit salaries. If a company does something illegal, then let the courts deal with it and keep it out of the policy.
